The location was indeed central. The bus stop in front provided easy access to Palma and other areas. The room had a nice view of the sea and street. The reception staff WERE friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The beds WERE uncomfy. The room cleaning occurred only once . The pool was also overcrowded, and it was difficult to find space.

The hotel features a pool with a lifeguard on duty. The reception operates 24 hours a day. There is a bus stop right outside, and it connects to the capital.

Staff at reception gave support, and a maintenance person responded to a request. The hotel provided beach towels for rent. Additional beds were available for families with children.

The hotel's location is central. It is close to the beach and restaurants. The bus stop is situated right in front of the hotel, very convenient.

the location was perfect i guess. it was close to the beach, a plus.
the noise, oh my god, the noise. pubs go till 5am, then the staff start banging around in the store room at 5:30am. i swear, my room smelled like stale beer and regret, a combination that no amount of air freshener could mask.

The air conditioning in my one-bedroom apartment balcony was great. the apartment included new towels. the location is near shops and restaurants. I found it convenient.
the safe required a deposit, and there was a daily hire charge, which i found a little inconvenient.
